Photographer John Pendleton calls this exhibit Behind the Scene Workers. The photographs on display portray "a few ordinary people working hard to create a comfortable living, yet leave time to give back to their community."

Some of the subjects in the exhibit include Jamar Jenkins, music director at Coupeville Middle School and High School, Allenda Jenkins, president of the Board of Directors at the Whidbey Playhouse, and Michael James Lee Henderson, owner of Henderson Flow Tech Company and a graduate of Oak Harbor High School.
